Which mode should you play in The Last Word?

On the Game mode screen you get four unlocked modes. Pick one, install or open the app, and start there.

• Guess the Word - yes/no puzzle about a secret word
• Story Detective - noir case, your own questions to suspects
• Dark Tales - horror path with no undo
• Speed Oracle - 60 seconds: listen, mark lines, then Accuse or Innocent

How to open Game mode

1. On Home, tap Play.
2. On How do you play?, choose Single player for the full mode list.
3. On Game mode, pick one of the four unlocked modes.

Roleplay Mystery appears on the same list as Locked, with Soon as the locked message. It is not playable yet.

Harbor City Chronicles (The Chronicler) is a separate website project, not one of the in-app game modes.

The Last Word is an entertainment game. AI replies are generated for play; they are not real witness testimony or advice.
